Payment Options

Credit Card Security: All the transitions are processed via safe Servers, ensuring to the SUNFASHION clients the maximum clients the protection of the data. On Sunfashionluxury.com every purchase is made in maximum security thanks to the usage of the most advanced codification systems (SSL). We only use protected connections, as you can see with the prefix “HTTPS” and the padlock symbol that appear in the address bar of the browser.

To protect your purchases with credit card, for every purchase you’ll be required to enter the CCV code. As a further security measure, the institute that issue your credit card could ask you to authorize the payment via a temporary security code or an SMS code or using another authentication method.

 

Wix Payments: Using Wix Payments you make an order as a logged user, this payment method will be automatic. You will be able to pay the eventual remaining amount with the payment mode at your choice: Credit Card, Paypal. The supported credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.

 

Paypal: Choosing the PAYPAL payment method the client can, without the need to tip on the site the credit card data, shop Online. The charge on your banking account occurs when the order is completed, To register a new PayPal banking account visit the site paypal.com.

Bill Request: The request of a bill will have to be made or during the checkout via specific request or after the order is completed via the appropriate module.

Returns Instructions

The garments are entirely handmade, in some cases a dissimilarity that at first sight could seem a defect is, in reality, a distinctive sign of the manual skill/tailoring of the garment. That said, if the client is not satisfied of the purchase, the not worn goods can be returned for size changing, color changing, good changing within 10 days from the reception date of the goods. The change/return cost is free, without considering the delivering costs that borne by the costumer.

To request the change/return authorization, the client must send a request via filling out the specific form in every part that can be found in the Modules section and send it to exclusive@sunfashionluxury.com. In the mail you must specify the articles(with their codes) that are intended to be returned/changed and you need to wait for the answer from Sunfashion.

The thread with the label on the articles that is going to be returned mustn’t be nor cut nor broken. The garments mustn’t have been worn, washed or altered and mustn’t show a single sign of usage. Every garment must be returned with all the labels, package and original accessories received with the order.

The package (box) is considered integral part of the product and mustn’t have been damaged and/or altered, nor used as external packaging. The eventual original accessories, with all the content of the box, received with the order, must be returned with the garment that is intended to be returned/changed.

The specific change form that can be found in the Modules section must be compiled in every part. Sunfashion reserves the right to reject returned goods not complying the specified conditions. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

 

Refund

The refunds will be processed when the reception, the verify and the acceptance of the returned good. For the orders paid with credit card the refunded import will be available in about 10 working days. The timing may change slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card that has been used.
